Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is?
DA: O. Huh, tactic? Ok, I can do that... Hmm, and that? Oh, and even THAT?! Shut up and take my skill points! It's tactic time!
DA2. Wow, 20 tactic rows? For free? And I finally can do custom triggers by using new "Use current condition for next tactic" action? It's excellent! But still not enough tactic rows for my great plan...
DA:I. Hmm, 4 semi-tactical options? Let's give them a chance. Ouh, Sera, do you know how calls that thing in your hands? It's a bow. Usually elves use them to shoot enemies from afar. Peow-peow. Yes, with those pointy sticks in your quiver. Iron Bull, come closer. Did you noticed that Devour restores you some health? How about using it at low HP? Nice, see you! Solas. Solas? SOLAS, GO BA... Someone, resurrect Solas...

120 hours of madness. I don't know if it just difficulty option for Nightmare, but companions without tactic make me sick. They don't know what is "crowd control", how to use their own skills, they don't even know how to hold position.
Iron Bull starts battle with "Devour". Then trying to kill himself with "Dragon-Rage". Usually that means "let take him with me and let him die just because I need him in party to gain some approval". Trying to keep him alive almost always means playing as Iron Bull - not as Inquisitor.
Shield-wielders can't hold aggro and defend party members because they use all aggro skills on active target. They don't even bother themselves with trying to protect attacked ally.
Mages doesn't cast AoE spells when it intended but use them on solo targets. The same problem with archer's "Explosive Shot"
"Block and Slash" and "Shield Wall" are excellent skills for warrior-type Inquisitor. But companions can't use it correctly. Usually they just use them when there are much more important skills or actions. Like drinking potion.
Companions... I'm not sure are they adepts of Chaos or just kids with expensive toys. But sometimes I think that playing solo as Knight-Enchanter is much more relaxing than looking after this kindergarden. Companions must be genius tacticians or must be able to use my advices. They are mature persons. So why do I have to wipe their... lower back every time?
I saw a lot of "Inquisition" things and some dragons. But without tactics "Dragon Age: Inquisition" is not really "Dragon Age". Looks like a fake for me. Officially released fake.
