Why is my inquisitor mutilated in cutscenes?

During ALL cutscenes my inquisitor has mutilated hands and arms.

And as an added bonus why won't the OUTSIDE of Cole's pants render? All that is rendering is the inside of his pants  facing the camera.

Reinstalling the game didn't fix.
