iv literally been waiting nearly 2 days to get a live chat about this i just want to be able to play dragon age ultimate edition wouldnt mind if i didn't pay for the game but i did i kinda feel robbed .
@dan220812 How does the support contact fail? They should be able to look into this and hopefully get things straightened out.
Perhaps changing browser or device will help with you getting through to support.

There should have been 2 codes, one 20-digit and one 16-digit. The 20-digit is for the base game and the 16-digit one should be for the extra content. Do you get an error message when you try to use this?
I know there was a printing error a few years back where 2 16-digit codes were generated, but these seem to be gone from the market now.
On the support contact, is it giving you a time? I assume it's Live Chat you're trying to connect to? Can you try swapping to a different browser or different device?
