Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts Servants' Quarters Halla Statue

I am on an Xbox 360 and I cannot for the life of me get that stupid halla statue on the beam in the servants quarters kitchen, that I need. Is there anyway Bioware can fix it?! I can't get the statue!!! It is incredibly difficult for me to get it and I am not the type to quit but this is ridiculous!!!!!!! I have had to restart the quest more times than I can actually remember. May be more than seven and I might be under counting the times I have had to do so. Bioware this is ridiculous. Right now I hate the person who had the not so bright idea to put it the there and the programmer who went through it. Could you fix it by patch six or seven?!!?!?!? I hope you can read this and my frustration and anger comes through this e-mail. Bioware you have developed amazing and wonderful games but this time you guys went above and beyond to frustrate and upset your fans.
