That CPU is 2.4 gHz so barely meets game requirements as does the GPU. It will run on that computer but barely, assuming it has the hard drive space to install the game, and, that's without DLC or mods. You would likely have problems and, you could only use the lowest graphics settings. Loo for a better computer if you are shopping for one that will run DAI. Here are the requirement per EA/Bioware.

    Minimum*:

    OS: Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit
CPU: AMD quad core CPU @ 2.5 GHz; Intel quad core CPU @ 2.0 GHz
    System RAM: 4 GB
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 4870; NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
    Graphics Memory: 512 MB
    Hard Drive: 26 GB
    DirectX: 10

    Recommended*:

    OS: Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit
CPU: AMD six core CPU @ 3.2 GHz; Intel quad core CPU @ 3.0 GHz
    System RAM: 8 GB
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7870 or R9 270; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
    Graphics Memory: 2 GB
    Hard Drive: 26 GB
    DirectX: 11

That is a little better but, that graphics card will not handle anything above medium settings for the game and, you still may need a lot of them on low. You want 2GB or more RAM on the graphics card, at least a 3.0 Ghz, multi core Processor and, minimum of 4 GB RAM in the computer but, I'd advise 6GB or better if the computer has Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10.

I know machine that will run the game with settings maxed, or close to it are expensive for most players but, you can get one that will handle medium and some high for 600 to 800 USD on average, maybe less if you find a discount or sale.
