will not update to 1.12 (ps4)

I was going to start playing this game again on a fresh start. The Dragon Age: Inquisition: Version 1.12 update file says it cannot download. When I view the notification all it says is that I must delete unnecessary content from system storage. I've deleted everything DA related that I could see but it still will not update.

    @jseidel28 Is your system short on space by any chance, perhaps you need to clear more room? It's worth noting that to install downloaded content you need more space than the content's actual size.

    Past this you can try fully closing the system down then check again after a restart.
