Windowed vs. Full Screen
Hello!
I just downloaded the game and I am very much looking forward to playing it. However, I am not going to play it in full screen mode. I have seen many comments advising players to uncheck the "Play in Full Screen." box, but my settings don't have such a box. I tried to take a screenshot to demonstrate this but PrtSc apparently does not work inside DA:O.
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
I'm having the same problem. Playing is fullscreen at the start was simply nauseating, and I have the same screen as you do when looking at my game options. I also tried following the directions given here but there was nothing good to show for it, as well as placing -windowed in the game properties option from the My Games page.
EDIT: I looked into the files and found C:\ ... \Origin Games\Dragon Age\bin_ship. Under that, I found the DAOriginsConfig, which lets you change thiings there. There actually WAS a box to turn on/off fullscreen in the menu there (still not in game).
