Witch Hunt PS3

Could it be that it's through a different accout?  Is it just a nice glitch that I will have to live with?  Any way to work around this? Playing this on PS3 by the way.

Witch Hunt version 1.1

Witch Hunt version 1.1 is now available for the PC. This updated version contains the following changes:

    When importing from a post-game save, your conversation with Morrigan in the Witch Hunt module will properly reflect the choices you made in Dragon Age Origin's "Dark Ritual" plot.
    The game will automatically save after Witch Hunt's final cutscene.

This new version can be downloaded from your Entitlements page on the Dragon Age social site (http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php).

To install Witch Hunt version 1.1:

    Log in to your Entitlements page on the Dragon Age social site (http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php) using the same account you used to purchase Witch Hunt.
    Find Witch Hunt in the list of Titles and click the More Info link for your platform.
    Right click on the download link and select "Save Target As", or the equivalent in your browser. Save the .dazip file to your computer. If your browser tries to rename it to a .zip file, rename it back to .dazip after download.
    Find the daupdater.exe application. It is usually located under \bin_ship in your Dragon Age folder (for example C:\Program Files\Dragon Age\bin_ship\daupdater.exe). Double click on it to open it.
    Click on "Select DAZIPs". Navigate to where you have saved the .dazip file and open it.
    Now the .dazip file will appear on the Install tab. Select it on the list and click "Install Selected."
    Once the installation is complete, you can return to your Witch Hunt playthrough wherever you left off. Morrigan will now respond correctly to your choices in the Dark Ritual plot and a savegame file will automatically be created at the module's end.

We are also working on a stand-alone installer, which can be used to install the update from Windows without using the DAUpdater utility. We will let you know when this install method is available.

When I clicked the link it said error.  Will this work for the PS3 version?

I have broken down and purchased the DLC again.   Let's see what happens.

I haven't used a PlayStation since PS1, but I always assumed it auto updated. On a side note: DAO Ultimate Edition should already have the patch.

I greatly apreciate your replies.

I have played from Origins, Awakenings, to Witch Hunt.  I've only played Golems once and with my mages (it's pretty difficult without a mage)  

I've used the auto saves and still nothing on my plot summaries in DA2.  

Sometime ago  I've did a "Camp Save" and imported it to Witch Hunt the dialogue was somewhat different.  Since I downloaded WH it appears to have the latest patch.  I didn't have a error.  

Do I have to play GoA to not get this glitch?  

Are there other save options I can take?

Not that I am aware of, it's just if you do intend to play all the DLCs listed they should be played in a certain order to avoid the glitch.

If I remember correctly the final (Hero) save for DAO put the Warden on a road with the last two companions selected; a message pops up about continuing the adventure (i.e. DLCs).

That's the save you want to take into the next DLC Awakening - Witch Hunt or just one of the DLCs or directly into DA2.

I have never gotten that. I have patch version 1.06 for just plain dragon age origins on the ps3 and I did get an epilogue save for origins but no continucy message to go into awakening I just simply imported my save. I did not get an epilogue auto save when i finished awakening and same for amgarrak. At first I did GoA and witch hunt before I played awakening, but I still didn't get an epilogue autosave for witch hunt and now I've played through awakening and GoA starting from my epilogue from origins to start awakening and still got no epilogue save for awakening or GoA. I am no currently playing over witch hunt. I have deleted my ps3 game utility for DAO and reinstalled it and then tried to resume my witch hunt, but it keeps telling me that I need to reinstall my DLCs and after doing that I am able to resume my game to finish witch hunt. Will I have my autosave for the epilogue when I finish it or do I need to start all over from my origins epilogue on my ps3?
