[Workaround] NVIDIA driver crashes and the infamous White Screen

Hi,

it doesn't work for my. After one Our the white Creen comes back again.

I have a Gigabyte Geforcre 780 TI oc .

This is getting confusing, I started up DA:I today and ran it on nVidia optimal performance with windowed fullscreen, 5 minutes later in-game it crashes to a black screen instead of a white screen. I'm going to further troubleshoot these variations...
