mine i5 2500k and nvidia 770 gives me 45-60 fps on ultra but shadows on high and ambient is SSAO i think, so dont worry with perfomance
see, in haven i'm getting 30 fps if i look one way and 70 if i look the other, and my hardware is stronger than yours.

Try updating your drivers to the one released yesterday. Of course it's not your video card if you're still getting fine frame rates in BF4.
I have the newest drivers.
I also get as low as 25 fps in hinterlands.
I actually just tried dropping everything to medium, dropped AA off and switched to no Ambient occulsion.
Still got 35 fps.
What the hell?
