Ok fingers crossed for you guys! I recently spoke with someone from EA who said the issue I have is a reoccurring issue that they know of and are trying to fix. If it's not the disk then hopefully they find a solution soon. I will keep you posted with this as well if anything comes up

11 years agoSO I spent a bit of time on the phone with an EA emloyee last week who told me they were not aware of this issue ( even though I had seen several people already say they were) They had me try several things, clear cache which I already did, delete profile then re download it. I mentioned my play disc worked in another xbox so they were saying they thought it was a bad save spot, started new character different profile, same problem. Never did resolve through them. Then i realized I never uninstalled from my first disc from my first copy ( exchanged for a new copy) I have not had an issue since,( 12 hours of play time now) so the issue seems to have been with my first copy of my installation disc , not the play disc.
