(Xbox) Cant import world for new game

Just got back into dragon age inquisition and tried to start a new game The issue is when i import a save from the dragon age keep for world state i just get the game closing and then im unable to start the new game. 

I get the the options for human class etc. But the second i confirm choices i just get instantly booted of game and unable to start new.

Any recommendations on how to solve this?

    @VenGarrNOz Have you gone into the keep and made changes to the decisions made and saved it as a new one? Im curious if the save itself is corrupted. If you get booted on more than one console only when you import, and those steps don't work, it may be the actual save that is just corrupted.

    The other thing I would try is another Xbox profile if you have the option. That would tell you more if its the Xbox profile or the save being imported.

    Thanks for the link to try fix but unfortunately it hasnt helped, still get booted on the loading screen between import world and character creation.

    Ive tried to do this on 2 different xboxs (old gen and series S) same issue both times.

    @EA_Shepard 

    Just tried both suggestions you stated previously.

    1st option in regards to the save file unfortunately did not work had same issue on any save file that was not matching the default world state. 

    2nd option of trying a different account has worked as far as starting game with imported save that has actual choices. 

    Thanks for the suggestions and help good to be able to use choices from a previous save.(even if i had to modify keep save to do so)
