[Xbox] DLC rewards not showing up on Dragon Age Origins
Went to do a playthrough on my xbox one and noticed that when I made a new character, all the dlc rewards I had weren't showing up. Went to a previous character I had and all their dlc rewards disappeared. Not sure if it's from deleting dlc saves but I haven't been able to find any solution.
@SnowyDragon90s Deleting saves would have nothing to do with it not showing up. If the content is not installed correctly, or something happens with an update or content not syncing then that could cause an issue.
With Xbox, though there are a few things you can do to test it first.
Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
Reboot the console and load it into the save that did have it. If it isn't there, go into my games and apps and just delete all the DLC and reinstall the DLC over again. Restart the console and then load back into the save.
