I can't start the game "dragon age inquisition" on all xbox consoles (one s, series x), I log into the game and immediately get thrown to the main screen. I tried all the options, but in the end nothing helps, everything is fine with the Internet, I rebooted the console, the game license was purchased in full with all additions to the account "NESTOR MAHNO434". it doesn't show any error, it just throws it away
When I boot up dragon age inquisition when it starts to launch up it gets to the EA and bioware part of it just crashes every time. I have tried different options to get it to work and nothing has changed. I think you need to pach this problem with a update so people can play it on the new consoles or I won't my money back from you!

I wrote above what problems I have. Why are you asking? I have purchased a dragon age inquisitiin license for xbox one and xbox series x. I can't log into the game, crashes during the screensaver I've already written. Is the bot responding to me or are you kidding me?

the license for the game was purchased digitally, in the xbox store by me personally, officially, without any violations, there were also no other violations at all in the purchase of the license. @Halera53 Have you tried the steps on the link? The only time the license would be an issue is if you purchased it from a 3rd party site. If you purchased it directly from the Xbox store then it becomes a console issue,. not a game issue. If your save files became corrupted or an update was corrupted, that would be an entirely different issue at hand.
I haven't tried it yet, but I will definitely do it now. I repeat once again, I tested the game on xbox one s and xbox series x, on both consoles the same thing, throws it on the main screen without any error. Do both consoles have problems? It's a strange coincidence, considering that the rest of the games are working fine. I'm sure everything is fine with consoles, the problem is with the game, or something else. I bought the game in 2018, in the xbox store, digitally, or rather, the license for the game is official. Perhaps you just haven't encountered this before and don't know how to solve such problems. I repeat that I tested the game on two consoles that work fine in Russia, without errors.
