So like most others for the past few years I haven’t been able to play the game. It always closes out when the BioWare logo pops up. But I found a fix. For Xbox and maybe even works in PlayStation as well. But start the game on a different profile then after it connects u to the servers switch to your normal profile. This with make it reconnect to the servers again using your regular profile and you should be good from there. I literally just did this only moments ago and am playing multiplayer as we speak
Thanks - just to check, is this a different EA profile or a different Xbox profile? Do you need to do it every time you start the game or just once?
Different Xbox profile and yes it has to be done every time unfortunately but it’s the price we have to pay to play
