[Xbox Game Pass] Unable to Download Dragon Age Inquisition

 I wanted to download dragon age 3 on xbox game pass but the “download button” does not turn green. It keeps loading and at the end it is grayed out. I can download every other game on Xbox but especially dragon age 3 I get this error
 
In my own research I noticed that Dragon age 1 and 2 are available on EA Play's own app, but dragon age is not available on the ea play desktop app. When I look on ea play's website, dragon age 3 is not available for purchase. Is there a global problem for dragon age 3 on ea play right now?
 
Since Xbox game pass and ea play are directly linked, I think the dragon age bug on ea play will directly affect xbox game pass

    @nebican1997 Wanted to follow up on this one. I can see in the Xbox app on PC that all three DA games are available!

    Are you still not able to see the games listed there?

    @nebican1997 It may be a regional issue- I've seen some users in some regions not able to access Inquisition for reasons I'm unsure of. Unfortunately if this is the case I don't think there's anything we can suggest, I'm sorry. Hopefully they will work out whatever the issue is, as they have with Veilguard for Turkey and India recently.
