I just had the problem after investing over 70 hours into my play through.....im on the verge of beating the game and this is what happens. I don't blame you guys for the glitch....things happen, but id really love you guys to acknowledge the problem and attempt to throw some possible solutions our way. Like everyone else in here I love EA games and Bioware is my favorite game creation team of all time, but I'm gonna go insane not being able to experience the ending of what was an incredible game. I fear that an issue like this could be the blemish that everyone focuses on rather than the positives of a great 3rd entry in the series.
