XBox One - Will not connect to Origin account
Says can't connect. Prompts me to make a NEW account. When I try to use my old account it says it's taken, which of course it is.
Why isn't it connecting automatically?
Both my XBox and Origin account emails are identical.
One hint: My Origin email wasn't verified when I did this the first time. I logged on to Origin and verfified it, so that shouldn't be an issue any more.

My old EA.com account had a different email address and was linked to my Xbox Live account. When they migrated this account to Origin it did not update my link to my Origin email account, and it doesn't say this anywhere.
You have 2 options:
1. Go to the old email address and change it. (I couldn't, since I don't have access to the account anymore.)
2. Call EA customer service on the phone and have them manually change it. They can't do it over the web based support.
