Xbox One Copy Freezes at Main Menu

As soon as the main menu opens it says "Press Menu Button", so I do and then the game freezes. Ive tried EVERYTHING.

Ive restarted the game by putting in a new game and then Dragon Age again, I've turned off the Xbox and unplugged it.

Ive only played 4 hours of the game so this is really upsetting.

Just had the same issue. The only thing that resolved it was settings>system>storage>erase all local saved games. It was the only thing I could think of since I suspected it to be a corrupted save file crashing the game since before it crashed the auto save feature was on none stop till I died. Reinstalling game didn't work, only when I erased all saves. Sadly it doesn't seem I could only delete the dragon age saves cause it's not like the xbox 360 where you can go through each save file. I lost all progress on my other games but for now this game working again, hope that helps.
