[Xbox One]Cannot scroll down properly

As title says, I can only scroll down the menu by drawing a half circle downward from left to right and even this doesn't guarantee to work. My controller is brand new and works well in other games....

Have you checked to make sure your controller has the latest firmware update? You can find those instructions here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/update-xbox-wireless-controller. Please let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo Hi I just found out that my left stick cannot register " downward" very well. It's hard to find out except in place like menu in this game. It can work on menu in other game though. I switch to another controller and problem solved. Thanks anyway!
