(Xbox) Time Played Not Updating

Hello all - I've noticed that the time played on Dragon Age Inquisition (and Mass Effect Andromeda) no longer updates on Xbox Series X. It also no longer displays previous hours played - in the 'minutes played' spot it just says '-'. Other stats, such as gold earned, display successfully, so it doesn't affect *all* stats, just that one. It used to work until a few years ago, before the One X came out. You san still view previous hours played on a third-party site, e.g. TrueAchievements, but new time played no longer updates like it does for other games. 

I wondered if it might be due to the games being added to EA Play, but I tested Mass Effect Legendary Edition (which has just been added to EA Play) and that tracks time played just fine. 

I know this is very low priority as it doesn't affect gameplay, and will probably never be fixed, but it's something I do like to keep track of and was wondering if anyone in the community has managed to fix this somehow? I've tried all the usual - re-installing the game(s) (including from disc instead of through EA Play), re-adding my profile, re-downloading my saves from the cloud, starting a new save etc, and nothing.
