[XONE] game not continue in Winter Palace

Hi all, i am getting a big bug or something like this... i am at the winter palace and my game just dont continue...

when i enter this door to talk with Leliana my game just show me a black screen and after a few minutes i am out of this door... i already turn off my console, load a saved game before enter this part but the problem goes on... HELP!

i am think in delete my Dragon Age of the game, but not sure if i gonna lose my saved games...
