3 updates later and game still won't load

So the third update was released yesterday, and I thought that I could finally play Dragon Age but no. I bought this game before it was released and since then, there have only been 2 days it was actually playable. I'm so sick of this error message. I have uninstalled the game, repaired the game file, restarted my PC, and I have a case open but they can't do anything about it. I can't get a refund because I have 'too many hours' on it though steam, so I'm stuck with a game that I can't even play. Is anyone else still having this issue?
