I'm ok personally. I am just annoyed though when my guy somehow starts pointing the camera in a random direction (with no enemy in sight) after I kill an enemy.
See if this settings can help.
See if switching hem on and off makes any difference. With both OFF you should have full and absolute control over the camera. But also you will have to lock the target manually. You can also try to fully disable Aim Assist.
