DA Veilguard gives no option to load a game already saved

DA: Veilguard isn't giving me an option to load a saved game. I've looked for this but either it's not on here or I'm not searching the right words. I've started the game twice and progress...

If PC:

Is there a "Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age The Veilguard\save games" folder on your system?

Do you use OneDrive?

    My wife is having the same issue on her laptop.
    is there something about STEAM and PC's that it's no putting the saved games in the right location?
