It might be, make sure the files are set to be permanently on this system.
I did change the file to keep local. I also transferred the files to the local Documents folder but still not success.
I'm gong to now turn off EA and see if linking to them is causing the issue.
If you're using OneDrive, your user profile's Documents folder will be set to the Documents folder inside the OneDrive folder, which means that the system (and the game) will only use the OneDrive/Documents folder, so moving it back won't work.
I use OneDrive as well and if correctly configured it will work flawless, so there is some mismatch on your system.
You could try to disable OneDrive (Make a backup of your important files) to force the system back to the original Windows Documents folder.
If that works you can reconfigure OneDrive.
