I think they would sell it if the price is right. They even have to, because they are accountable to their shareholders.
But itm nobody would pay the money that would be required for that IP, not after how DAtV preformed.
Larian on the other hand would never consider it, they just walked away from a 100% success BG4 to do their own stuff.
Larian walked away from BG3 for several reason, including rumors of difficulties dealing with WotC and by extension Hasbro, but BG3 was also not their own IP. If they were to acquire DA it would then be their own franchise even if they didn't create it. Nobody would have a say in how they handled it. In fact, if they did happen to do so(I know it's a pipe dream), I think they'd be well served doing an entire reboot of the whole franchise and take it where THEY want it to go. We'd actually get the dark fantasy we've wanted all along.
