I am playing the PC version of the game, and I notice a weird behavior in which the camera hitches when I move and release the joystick. If I slow pan, frames are smooth. Once I let go of the joystick, it seems like the camera skips a frame or two. I am playing at 30 fps, and I have used both PS and Xbox controllers.
Community Manager@IPEELER Its a known issue at the moment.
What you can do is what I did and went into the settings and changed some of the options in the graphics section. What you play on (TV/Monitor) will depend on what you change.
Altering them in the settings should help alleviate this one. I ran into a similar issue on Xbox.

@EA_Shepard Is there any time-frame for when the issue will be fixed? I have tried every combination of settings to try to fix it, and nothing helps. I'm holding off on continuing to play until the issue is fixed.
Community ManagerHi @IPEELER, I am afraid not. I am not seeing any timeframes when specific issues are resolved. That is the studio side. Unless they publish those update notes, we won't see an ETA on an issue.
year later - still an issue. Game is fine 100% in every aspect, but will hitch periodically when moving the camera driving you crazy and occasionally causing you to walk off ledges, into mobs etc. Also playing on PC.
