Docktown bug

I am experiencing a progression block bug in Docktown. There is an area that can only be accessed by using those floating crsytals. You need to slot one onto a pedestal that opens up a veil portal then you are supposed to take the second one, go through the portal and slot it into another pedestal to create a bridge. I can't interact with the second one at all, very frustrating bug. Anyone know of a fix?

    Would it be possible to get more information on this?

    • Which platform are you on?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    Hey @bloatedsolution Thanks for this information, out of curiosity do you have a slightly older save we can load? If so, try getting back to this area and check if the crystal can be interacted with. 

    If not would it be possible to share a copy of your save where this happened for the team?
