Dragon age the veilguard not showing up in library

I redeemed a copy of Dragon Age the Veilguard as a part of the GeForce Now promotion. I redeemed it and got a confirmation code and email. It launched the vea app but the game never has showed up in ...

    My issue is resolved. I eventually figured out xbox game pass pc had linked an old account I hadn't used in one 10 years.

    I found veilguard redeemed in the library of this old account.

Hey @8bittragedy We generally do not provide support for cloud gaming services such as GeForce Now, so we do not have any information regarding this promotional offer. Are you certain that this code is intended to unlock the game on the EA app and not related to a GeForce Now membership?
