Dragon Age: The Veilguard Unique Chests bugged out and unable to be opened.

Since the update has anyone else been experiencing issues opening unique chests? All prompts for opening have disappeared for me. I included an image, showing me standing at the chest with no action ...

I just tried to open each of the Timelost Horde statues in Arlathan forest, and cannot. I also cannot interact with any Evanuris or Fenharel statues there anymore, either. This is on PC (Steam)

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into so far, when you have a moment would it be possible to get the following?

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

 

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Which platform are you on?
  • A copy of your save file where this has happened. 
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number (if using the EA app)

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    So I am playing on steam on PC. I attached a screenshot to the main post. attached is dxdiag. I tried to include the save file, but it says that .csav files are unsupported uploads. It did start working for a few chests, but now I have been unable to open 5 chests so far.
