Problem launching the game from the EA App.

Hi!

I'm writing because I just bought the game and am having trouble launching it, and none of the solutions I've found online so far have helped.

I have the game installed on the EA App. When I press the "Launch" button, the game loads from the App for the next two or three seconds ("Launching game..."), and then... absolutely nothing happens. The app disappears from the screen for a moment, only to reappear shortly afterward, at which point I can try to launch it again.

I’ve attached a video showing exactly what this looks like for a better illustration.

Here are the solutions I've tried so far:
- running the game as an administrator
- running the game directly from the .exe file (in the folder)
- entering commands in "advanced launch options" such as:
> -dx11; -dx12; d3d11 (if I remember correctly); -windowed; and similar
- clearing the shader file
- repairing the game in the EA App
- uninstalling and reinstalling the game
- clearing the "cache" file in the EA App
- I changed the settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel
- I updated the drivers on my computer
- I checked to see if my antivirus software was blocking the game from launching
- I ran the game in compatibility mode with other versions of Windows

My hardware specifications:
- Operating system: Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.19045
- Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F
- RAM: 32.0 GB
- Storage:
> HDD - 1.8 TB
> SSD - 465.8 GB
- Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

I also tried moving the game to an SSD, but I don't have enough free space.

Since the middle of last year, my girlfriend and I have been playing through every part of the game one by one, including all the expansions, and nothing like this has ever happened before. I really want to find ANY solution so that I can enjoy this part of Dragon Age as well, especially since we just finished the "Tresspasser" expansion for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
