Dragon age vailguard will not load passed setup

Hey @maddogz1961 Are you getting an error message, or does the game just sit on the screen?

Also, when you have a moment give the following a try:

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
4. Perform a power cycle.
5. Restore the license for the game.
• Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
• Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.

I just bought the game yesterday on steam and downloaded it as I love the games. The game boots up goes through the set up, but when you click "new game" it takes you through the cut scene then it is just goes to a black screen with the loading circle in the down right of screen. My PC is up to date on everything. So, I don't know what is going on and would like some help, please and thank you.
