Dragon Age Veilguard PC (serious stutter and frame drops every 5 seconds)

There is definitely a bug or something. I have downgraded every Graphics setting to Low, turned every effect off, changed from 1440p 60fps down to 1080p 30fps and I get stutter about every 5 seconds....

Ran into the same problem. 
Tried every combination of V-Sync, Buffering, Frame cap...
Installed the regedit "fix" on nexus. It worked once, then it suttered again the next game session.
I have not found a solution yet. Even asked EA for help (only troubleshooting so far, also no solution)
I suspect a bug in display settings.
EA, please fix this! Thanks

After some testing it seems that after re-starting the PC it is possible to run the game smoothly for one session until I close it. If I start the game a second time after that, the stuttering appears again.

Might this be some caching issue?

(Specs i9 9900K, RTX 3090, 32GB RAM, SSD)
