[Feedback] Lucanis Romance Options Not Working

Although I love the game, I can’t help but to be frustrated about feeling like a third wheel when romancing Lucanis. Even when you are romancing him and locked in he still thinks and feels for neve which makes me want to start the game all over again and switch romances. And that’s one character I was hoping to romance. And not having a lot of romance options as we did with inquisition is also frustrating. It’s kind of like we are just there, you get talked at and not talked WITH so it makes the bonding with characters in general just ehh. While in inquisition you got to know characters, had romance banter and little clips with bonding time with the team

    Hello,

    I have been waiting for this game for many years — since Dragon Age: Inquisition. This series has meant a lot to me, and I approached this new chapter with a huge amount of anticipation and trust.

    I chose Lucanis specifically because his story, personality, and the atmosphere around him felt like the most meaningful romantic path for me. I was genuinely hoping that this romance would become a supportive and emotionally meaningful experience, something that could help me cope during a difficult time in my life.

    Instead, I feel deeply disappointed and hurt. The romance feels unfinished, underdeveloped, and cut short compared to other companions. It honestly feels like a part of the experience was taken away. As someone who has been a long-time fan of the series, this has been heartbreaking.

    I’m asking the team to please consider a patch or additional content that restores or expands Lucanis’ romance storyline. This is not just about content — for me, and for many others, these characters and stories carry real emotional weight.

    I hope you will hear the voices of fans who truly care about this game and this character.

    @SweetBlairr So this has been brought up a few times. The issue is that if they do end up patching it, what typically happens is the game you have wont be updated. It would require a new playthrough. I send these requests all the time, so they are aware that this character has romance issues. Sadly we cannot say if or when that will get updated.
