I haven't heard that the game has gone 'gold' yet, so still too early to know.
Modern games struggle to fit on disks, particularly for PC because the games are simply too big to fit. Unless multiple disks are used.
We'll need to wait and see.
As for size: The only indication right now is the storage requirement of PC, which is 100GB. However, that seems too round to be final, and I think there might be regional variation depending on how many voice-over languages are included in each region.
