Haven't received a redemption code
Pre-order DA:Veilguard in august and have not received a code and the game does not appear on my EA app. I can not find anyone to contact, all the "online help" does is run me in circles and tells me...
Hey JassperK To confirm what SofaJockeyUK said above.
The only Bioware site that is official would be the one here. To confirm if you click on DATV from there you will be directed to the EA page where you can purchase it for the EA app (or you can use one of the links if you are on another platform).
Purchasing it for the EA app will digitally add it to your account, so you will not have to use a CD Key to redeem the game.
