Not one, but TWO unpettable cats at Smuggler's Docks? LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE!
With all the doggos and cats thus far pettable how can you put two that can't be petted at the smuggler's docks? THIS IS BLASPHEMY!

dramatic gasp How dare they!! Literally unplayable, I am uninstalling and asking for my money back!!!
That said, not all cats desire to be petted and we must respect the wishes of our feline overlords.

Outrageous! And why there is not cat-report section (I think one of them have fleas)? I care about cats more than bugs.
Cats on the street are pettable, cats sitting on objects are non-pettable cats.
While that seems to be generally true but I've found at least one kitty not on an object but can't be petted. 😭
Instead of making them unpettable the devs should have made them take a swipe at Rook if they tried to pet them.
