Community Manager@IPEELER Its a known issue at the moment.
What you can do is what I did and went into the settings and changed some of the options in the graphics section. What you play on (TV/Monitor) will depend on what you change.
Altering them in the settings should help alleviate this one. I ran into a similar issue on Xbox.

@EA_Shepard Is there any time-frame for when the issue will be fixed? I have tried every combination of settings to try to fix it, and nothing helps. I'm holding off on continuing to play until the issue is fixed.

Hi @IPEELER, I am afraid not. I am not seeing any timeframes when specific issues are resolved. That is the studio side. Unless they publish those update notes, we won't see an ETA on an issue.
