Like the title says, Veilguard keeps hard crashing my pc, forcing me to manually shutdown and reboot my computer. I have tried disabling overclocking, updating drivers, deleting game files, and altering game settings. After three separate attempts to fix the error in EA help chat, I was directed here. I can’t even refund the game on steam because I’ve spent so much time trying to fix it.
From your description I thought a power or a hardware problem of a different nature would be the most likely cause, but the log is practically clean.
Voltage looks fine and there is no thermal throttling, temps of CPU and GPU are OK.
Of course, this is not a 100% reliable diagnosis, which is impossible without "hands on" access to the machine.
Lets see if the system has written or can write DUMP files for the crash.
If there aren't any dump files of DAtV:
AHQ will be read only as of tomorrow and the new EA Forum that will replace it will be offline due to the transition from tomorrow until January 29.
