Rain effect quality

Hi! 

Just finished my playthrough on Max PC settings and what really stands out is how poor quality rain is (Miranthous and the docks).

The docks area are annoying to explore because of that, it clearly seems just an effect applied around the main character completely disconnected with the rest of light sources, it also penetrate through rooftops...
