Where is the pre-order code for Dragon Age The Veilguard

I wanted to jump in on this one as I followed up to see if this was still an issue. 

As of now, this issue has been resolved by the studio team. What does that mean?

We have not identified any pre-order code issues with the EA app, as it doesn't provide codes; it just adds the content.

Consoles (PS/XB) are digital purchases, which means EA cannot grant or alter codes or content for them. That entitlement is applied to your console account. Your EA account allows access to the game. Your initial purchase grants content.

Third-Party Retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, etc.) We do not replace these codes as they fall on the retailer as per that retailer's policy. This is especially true of these types of third-party retailers. They have their own policy set up for purchases, missing content, and invalid codes, which is why EA Support cannot replace them.

If you continue to have an issue with any "pre-order" codes or content that was not added to the patches, you must speak with that retailer. I can see some of you have, and they have not resolved it, which I know is super frustrating. However, from a studio and EA support standpoint, as for a resolution, that would be up to the retailer the game was pre-ordered from.
