[Xbox Series X) Cosmetics Not Unlocking on Next Playthrough

For reference I have Dragon Age Veilguard Deluxe on Xbox Series X  I'm on my second play through and keep having the same issue of certain cosmetic items not unlocking even after I have bought them...

    Hey, Rooks!

    This issue is currently an issue that the team is aware of and has been looking into. As we are not monitoring AHQ as much anymore, we are now monitoring the new EA Forums.

    Can you please post your issue with this on one of the threads here: https://forums.ea.com/search?q=cosmetic&location=board%3Adragon-age-the-veilguard-tech-issues-en 

    This will help us track players who are experiencing this issue, help them find resolutions to your issue, and give us more data to send to the team for review!

I just posted the same info on the technical issues ang bug forum like you said. Thank you. Is there a time frame of when this will get fixed?
