A quick list of issues [PC][Steam] [PS5 Controller]

Controller and Input/Navigation Issues:

*I have already tried bluetooth, and hardwired into the computer, flipped steam settings for dualshock on and off these made no difference to the issues described below*

Cannot freely swap from controller to mouse and keyboard: whatever button you press to enter the mainmenu from the bootflow is the only device you can use for inputs. If you unplug and force keyboard, it will not allow you to plug a controller back in to pick up where you were. 

I'm currently playing as a mage. When the staff gauge is empty when single tapping light attacks Rook will auto fire heavy after. 
If gauge is full the heavy will not auto fire. 

When accessing the settings menu, if crossing the display subtab, after canceling a popup that automatically asks if I wish to reset (even though I made no changes) any menu tab navigation immediately kicks you out of the settings screens. 

Character menu navigation: L2 makes the UI go to the right character, and R2 goes to the left, but L1/R1 works as intended?

Equipment hover with icon is inconsistent and many times does not highlight to open and make changes to character equipment. 

Visuals: 

No matter how light I adjust Rooks skin tone to look, in game despite checking in several lighting areas they become significantly darker than intended. I have gone for a light tan, only to find a burn brown rook back inside of gameplay (my guess is the shader overrides are not taking place outside of the menu). 

Audio: 
Harding is constantly informing me every other second or so that she is unable to use her skill without any prompt from me to use it during battle (after she has used a skill and is in cooldown).
