Achievements not working

I'm having this exact issue on playstation, The part 6 achievement, and the achievements for the Lords of Fortune.
I've stopped at chapter 11, at the point of no return, so I'm just making a save. Hoping that maybe it the Lords of fortune one pops in chapters 11-14 somewhere
It didn't for me. I completed the game and it never popped. I finally got the Soul of a City achievement to pop it literally popped after completing the quest of the same name.
However the achievement Bring Down the Sky did not pop after I've defeated all high dragons in the game except the Mythal fight since I convinced Mythal to help me instead of fighting her. So the Lords of Fortune one and the Bring Down the Sky one are the only two achievements I have left that did not pop and are not working properly.
