after Creating my Inquisitor, does not allow to see and input the 3 choices?

After I custom created my Character, then it ask me to create my Inquisitor, and I use the Inquisitor Custom Creator.  I create my Inquisitor and finalize it. But it will then now allow me to see the options where I see the Tarots cards to make my 3 Choices. Male, Dorian, Disbanded, Save Solas.  I tried creating 3 new characters and each time it does the same thing. I am using an Xbox
