After Patch 3, Still not able to finish Regrets of the Dread Wolf Quest.

Still having a game stalling bug where the Solas memory at the Heights of Athim will not trigger when dropping down through the veil that triggers it. Any update on when this will be fixed? I had to sit the game down since the first week of launch due to the issue and I want to complete the game in its entirety in my first play through. 

Platform is PS5.
