Alter’s not working!!

I’ve seen others have the glitch before and after the update, no matter how many times I interact with an alter it doesn’t count! 

It’s also effecting the quest “The Warden’s Vault”, when I interact with the keys but it doesn’t count. 

I’m close to endgame and really don’t want to finish it in this state, it’s really frustrating and disheartening. Please somebody fix it! 

I play on PS5 btw!
