Audio stuttering/crackling

I'm haaving problems with the audio stuttering/crackling at times, it consistently happens in areas with npc's such as in Treviso and Dock town but it also happens seemingly at random. I've changed audio- and graphic settings and capped the FPS (30 in-game and turned on VSYNC through NVIDIA). I've also done some troubleshooting and updated drivers that was recommended by websites or people with similar issues.

I really hope this problem gets fixed soon as it does dampen the experience of the game, which is unfortunate because otherwise I'm enjoying the game a lot.
