Beacons and other markers vanish after cutscene in DA:TV

Question

Started Neve's "The Returned Cultist Case" and did the cutscene in the Cobbled Swan. Cutscene works as normal but when I leave the cutscene, markers on the map such as beacons, new quests and a few others just disappear completely from the map AND the world. They no longer exist. I have attempted to save my game and reload but this doesn't help anything. I have also backloaded the game and attempted the cutscene again, but had the same thing occur. It also won't allow me to travel to other areas via the world map since it is a major quest.

Any thoughts on what's going on? Thanks!

Correction: It's happening to *all* of my quests. I believe my whole game is bugged.

Bit late, and you've probably resolved this by now, but after you start a companion quest at the specified location, you're in a specially instanced version of the location. During the quest, you lose access to some areas due to barricades or wards, you can't use fast-travel points, and you can't do other quests. After you finish the companion quest, you'll be put back into the regular "exploration zone" for the location, and all of the features will be available again.
